The implementation of the Pinquark TOS system at CLIP Group has allowed the optimisation of key processes carried out at the intermodal terminal. The solution has integrated the management of the terminal's physical infrastructure with the digital layer of operations management.
As part of the implementation, the vehicle booking process has been automated in the VBS system along with the operation of gates equipped with OCR technology. The system automatically recognises containers, reducing the need for manual data entry and streamlining traffic within the terminal.
Dynamic container tracking has also been introduced, giving operators an up-to-date view of their location and status. The system is complemented by a mobile application for operators, supporting the daily execution of terminal tasks.
An essential element of the project was also the demanding construction work related to the installation of gantry structures. They were carried out in cooperation with Mostostal Siedlce.
The deployment of the Pinquark TOS has streamlined the management of scheduling, entry gates and container flows, creating a cohesive environment for terminal operations management.
